These terms govern the use of this site (tutorials, forum, private messaging, user accounts). By creating an account or using the site, you accept them without reservation.

The site provides tutorials dedicated to modding the game Plants vs. Zombies: Fusion, a community forum, a private messaging system and user accounts. Access to public content is free; some features require an account.

Creating an account requires a valid email address, a username and a password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential; any activity performed from your account is your responsibility.

You can update your information, change your profile visibility or delete your account at any time from your profile page.

User content and moderation

You are solely responsible for the content you publish (topics, replies, tutorials, images, messages). You warrant that you hold the rights required to publish it.

The moderation team may remove, edit or unpublish any content that breaches these terms or applicable law, and may suspend the related accounts. Content can be reported using the tools provided on the site.

When using the site, you agree in particular not to:

  • publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful or discriminatory content;
  • harass, threaten or impersonate other users;
  • publish content infringing third-party rights (copyright, trademarks), including game assets you are not allowed to redistribute;
  • undermine the security or integrity of the service (intrusion attempts, abusive scraping, circumvention of rate limits);
  • post spam or unsolicited advertising.

You retain all rights over the content you publish. By publishing it on the site, you grant the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce this content for the operation of the service.

The site, its name and its original elements remain the property of the publisher. Plants vs. Zombies: Fusion assets belong to their respective owners; the site is an unaffiliated fan project.

You may delete your account at any time. The publisher may suspend or delete an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, where possible after prior notice. Provisions which by nature survive termination remain in force.

These terms are governed by French law, supplemented by the applicable European Union regulations (in particular the GDPR). Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nancy (France).
